Which monitor resolution is good for gtx 570?

i have a GTX 570graphic card and i want to know which resolution 1600x900 or 1920x1080 is good for me ?

i do everything with this graphic card e.g gaming,movie and more.

It should run 1920x1080 just fine.

1920x1080 I would say is pretty standard today.
