It will fit in any case where you can mount a 120mm fan behind the motherboard.

Case won't be the only fit issue; it will also depend upon the mother board. I can tell you for a fact that it won't fit in any case with an Asus WS Revolution ..... been there done that .... be careful with any MoBo that can take 3 or more GFX cards. The radiator hits the GFX card in the top PCI-E slot.
