any suggestion for a silent case and power supply?(about 550-650 ish i think)? for the case i am thinking about spending £50-60 and about £70-80 for the power supply.

for the case i dont really care about appearance and i guess cooling isn't that big of issue because i am not no over clocking. the main criteria is noise level. also the case need to be able to fit a a hd6870 or gtx 560

oh yea for the psu, i will not sli or crossfire,

The Corsair 650w Enthusiast is £61 from Scan.co.uk, always a good option.
There's also a 600w 'gaming series' from Corsair which is a bit cheaper, but I'm obviously behind on their product range and have no idea who makes this model, although it has LED's in it so obviously explodes (not to mention it's less efficient).

There's a 650w Antec Earthwatts for a similar price which is seemingly a touch more efficient although uses dual rails rather then Corsair's single.

Either are good, various arguments for both but not much in it.

What are you planning on running on it though?
