Hey this is my setup:

Asus sabertooth z77
Intel core i7 3770k
Corsair h100 liquid cooling
16 GB @2133Mhz g.skill ripjaws
Corsair 240GB 6Gb/s ssd
Gainward Phantom GTX 680 4gb
1050W XFX Black edition
Zalman z11 plus case

Now Asus has this "OC Tuner" tool in it's BIOS.. But does it cover any waranty? Because i've had some blue screen's after i used it, and once it started with a "Bad overclock" message...

I was planning to OC myself.. but i'm a total beginner, and don't have time to learn all about Overclocking and do it my self. Maybe during summer break.

Now i have updated my bios after it crashed, and saved a Default OC profile, so i can always set it back.. But if u us the Asus OC Tuner, doesnt Asus cover any damage the OC Tuner does?

Overclocking is always a risk, and the MB manufacturer will not cover damage to the CPU (2 different companies)

However, using the OC Tuner will not damage your CPU, as it will not over-volt it enough to actually do any permament damage. It is possible that it will set an unstable overclock, which is where you will see occasional BSOD's and the message you stated. This is not bad though, it just means the OC is too aggressive for what you are doing.

Again, using the OC Tuner will not damage a CPU, but it can make the system unstable.

More than likely it is actually your RAM that is the unstable link in the system, OCing on an ASUS board with all 4 Sticks installed is always a tough gamble, I bet if you dropped down to 2 sticks only you would be a lot more stable.

With sticks do u mean the memory modules, i have 4x4GB now, and u suggest i make it 2x4GB?
According to my bios they are running on 2197Mhz or something, while they are actually 2133Mhz modules. Is that really overclocking my RAM? I mean, if i buy them for 2133Mhz, i should be able to run them 4 at 2133Mhz. Or is it bothering my CPU, that is has to handle 2133Mhz, instead of 1600Mhz, what intel says it's max?

What should i do to get my system more stable, but not wanting to run my Memory on lower speed than i bought them for?

Well.
I'm not pretty sure, i'm at work atm. I will look at it when i get home.
But what i know so far:
When i used OC Tuner, it set my CPU freq. to 4,2Ghz and my RAM to 2197Mhz, automaticly..
CPU voltage is 1.211V max. (according to HWinfo64) and i'm not pretty sure about the RAM, but i think it was 1.65V? is that possible? I'll check when i'm home.
And i'm not sure if i used XMP Profiling.. i have read it somewhere, but i'm not sure if OCTuner uses that.

Ram runs @1.65V, 1067Mhz (9-11-10-28)
it's: http://www.alternate.nl/html/product/G.Skill/16_GB_DDR3-2133_Quad-Kit/961595/?
this specific product.

Processor (i7 3770k) runs @ 4223Mhz max.
103,0 x (up to) 41,0
Vcore hits like.. 1.206V according to HWInfo64

Do you know what might be the problem?
