Here are my specs:
Motherboard: Asus P5B (P965)
CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo E6600
GPU: 9400GT
RAM: DDR-II 800MHz 1GB x3
Hard Disks: Total of 4 (160GB, 160GB, 500GB, 1TB)
2x Optical Drives
2x External Storage Drives (160GB and 1.5TB)
Power Supply: Cooler Master 500W

So, since a week, my computer has been restarting randomly and I get the 'Windows has recovered from an unexpected error' message. I think I saw a BSOD once, too.

Sometimes, during POST, one of my HDDs doesn't get detected. If I restart, it may/may not get detected at times.

When I finally do get it to work after trying, Windows runs kinda choppy... really slow.

Do you think it's the Power Supply?

I'd run memtest first actually, that's where I've seen most BSODs and random errors come from. It does sound like it could be the PSU or motherboard a little bit as well, you'll need to do some more research to find out really - it's impossible to say for sure with only that information. Just eliminate one thing at a time (run memtest to make sure memory is good.... try a nice big power supply that is known to be working...etc.
