Should i get the AMD Phenom II X6 1075T 3.0Ghz 9MB 125W SKT Socket AM3 or the AMD Phenom II X6 1100T Black Edition 3.3 GHz Socket AM3 6MB Cache

For gaming, neither. A quad-core Phenom will be enough; there will be no benefit from a 6-core.

Which Quad-core Phenom should i get then

Both perform very well. The 1090T BE is on sale at Newegg for $10. more than the 1075T so I'd opt for it. The 965 BE quad core is a little cheaper if you're on a tight budget.

Neither, the i5 2500k spanks both of those chips. More cores doesn't mean it's better.

If you insist on sticking with AMD at least go with the newer Bulldozer chips when they are released. Don't buy a chip that'll be yesterday's tech in a matter of months!
