So here's my box:
ASUS M4A87TD EVO
AMD Phenom II X4 925 @ 3.00 (Not oc'd yet, too lazy)
6GB G.SKILL Ripjaws
MSI 6870 Hawk Twin Frozr III OC
NZXT Tempest EVO
Zalman CNPS9500A
Xigmatek 600W
Asus DVD B
ASUS 24" 1920x1080

So, what do you think I should upgrade? Maybe do a priority order that would be great :-) like:
1st: cpu
2nd: gfx card
3rd: ...

THANKS GUYS!

Questions A) What do you use it for? Games/Editing/GFX?
B) Budget
C) Resolution of monitor (Incase A) is gaming or something and gaming)
Early suggestions:
1. Crossfire with another 6870 (If your worried about x16/x4 instead of x16/x16 or x16/x8 or x8/x8 read this http://www.hardocp.com/article/2010/08/25/gtx_480_sli_p...)
2. Overclock ya lazy
3. Do nothing unless you feel something absolutely needs to change because your not getting the performance you desire
Hope that helps.

I notice you have 6 gig of RAM

If this is 3 x2 gig sticks then taking one out and making your the other two are configured in dual channel will increase performance 6- 7% pretty much instantly
