hello all,
I have these specs

Mother board:Asus M5A97

PROCESSOR:AMD PHENOM II X2 555 @ 3.6 stock fan

VGA:SAPPHIRE 6950 2GB

HDD: WD 500

PSU:GAMMA 500 WATT

MEM:G-SKILL 4GB 1600 MHZ

I tried to unlock 4 cores but unstable besides there is a serious problem GtaIV is running on 10 to 13 fps on 2 cores only

so i tried to open 3 cores only it worked stable at 21 to 30 fps but i overclocked it @ 3.6 stock fan

so do u think its a bottleneck between this VGA and CPU?

and how can i make 4 cores available stable

The mfg for you 6950 recommends a 500W PSU just for it in a stock PC.

Your 555 draws 80W stock + all the other components in your PC.

IMO you need a larger power supply. I would go for a 750W, LINK, as long as you stick with only 1 GPU.
