A MSI-G41M-P26 restarts with two sticks not with one

Hi my brother just put a MSI-G41M-P26 and two sticks of G.Skill ripjaw 2x4gb 1066 the pc keeps restarting with both sticks in the computer and the windows load. There is just one long beep then it restarts itself and keeps looping. It works perfect with just one stick of ram Ive tried it with both in each slot and both sticks/slots seem to be fine.
