CPU and Fan question

My question in this matter is, will this aftermarket fan/heatsink fit this Motherboard? I've looked around a bit and google doesn't help me so much but I'm curious because the fan doesn't say AM3(plus) socket. Plus button is broken. This is going to be a part of my christmas computer build and it's going to include one of the bulldozer CPU's but haven't choosen yet. If anyone can help me confirm that it will fit or not, seeing as there is not AM3plus fans currently on newegg, then it would help a lot. Thanks anyone who reads, and helps!
