Radeon HD 3100 Portal 2

Does anyone know if a Radeon HD 3100 (laptop) will be able to play Portal 2 on the lowest settings?

AMD Athlon II x2 @ 2.1ghz
(I believe) 1280x800 resolution

It ran Portal fine.

Although it's hard to find specific specs for some ATI cards, from what I've dug up that card will be able to handle portal 2 just fine. The source engine scales very well to low spec systems, you should be able to run low-med settings just fine depending on how much RAM you have. You may have to lower your resolution to something like 1024x768 while playing worst case scenario.
