PSU for a low wattage scenario?

I am going to be building a mostly a browsing machine in the next couple of months.
While I know it is overkill it will probably get something like:

AMD Phenom II 955 BE
870 Chipset MB
Antec 300 illusion case - that i have laying around
4GB of Ram
ATI 4650 DDR3 video card - that I have laying around.
HDD & DVD
Win7

It might experience some minor gaming but it should be able to do everything it needs to with the above.

Now what I am wondering about is the PSU, generally speaking i would still prefer to have a modular or semi modular one which is quite efficient as well as the machine will probably be on most of the time. Obviously the general power usage will be pretty low, so the psu should really have high efficiency at the lower 20% as well, since that would be the 'usual' case for it's intended use.

As for price range for the psu, well the lower the better of course. But what I want probably can't be had for very cheap.
My first choice would have been to overkill it with:
Seasonic X-650 140$ or
Seasonic X-560 125$ or
Seasonic 400FL 130$

I am open for suggestions, especially since the low wattage for normal use might mean that the gold rated units might not perform that well in that segment.

If you look at the efficiency requirements you'll see that ratings are applied across multiple loads.

So even if you are only at 20% you'll be alright.

I'd go for the 400FL. The major point however is that you're supposed to run this PSU in a certain orientation because it's fanless. So make sure you can sit the PSU in the traditional way - not side on, nor upside down.

I'm running it side on but the cooling in my case is overkill (Lian Li PC-V354B with 3x120mm and 1x140mm)

Another possibility:
Lepa G500 W 80Plus Gold Modular $120 ($30 rebate)

Which is based on the Enermax Modu87+ 500W 80Plus Gold Unit.
