Best performance from a CPU Cooler under 90mm..?

I've got a Thermaltake A30, so I can only fit CPU Coolers's up to 90mm...

I've got a AMD Phenom II X6 1090T, (AM3)... I've managed to overclock it to 3.5GHz on the stock cooler (DOn't ask how), but I want to push it up as high as possible..!

As long as it's not so noisy it's annoying, quite if possible, but performance is the priority.

And looking to spend less than £75...
