Cant enter bios scanning for divices black screen

hello im having a big problem with my motherboard i just connected it all in i have no hdd connected and no cd rom i cannot enter bios screen instead it skips to scanning for divices then hangs on a black screen
ive tryed diffrent keyboards ive tryed clearing the cmos ive tryed with and without battery ive tryed changing the battery
ive removed ram and placed just one in il repeat again theres nothing connected to the board what so ever atm and after all ths i still have no acces to the bios please help

What video card are you connected to?
For the first boot, just use the onboard display.
Set the bios settings to the way you want it to be and then use the addon card.
By logic it ought to automatically choose the addon card but sometimes that is not the case.
Also avoid using the HDMI during the first boot.
DVI is a better option. for first boots
