Asus H61-MLX , Unable to disable USB from BIOS

Hi,

I just ordered 5 assembled Desktops for my company having Asus Motherboard P8H61 -MLX, with core i3 2nd gen.
We require USB to be disabled from BIOS.
I have tried everything, but in Asus Bios, even if I disable USB legacy support , then also in Windows 7 Home basic, USB is still working.

Please help me out, as my manager is out for my neck on this issue.
