Asus P8Z77-V Pro Startup Failure

Asus P8Z77-V Pro
Intel i5 3570k
Kingston 1333mhz DDR3 1.5v

If I put 1 stick of memory into either slot B1 or B2 then I can get into bios or start windows (however windows crashes right when the logo pops up as its loading). If I put more than 1 stick of memory in or if I put the memory in slots A1 or A2 nothing comes up on the screen and the red memory error LED lights up. Any ideas would be great.

I would also like to mention that I updated the bios to the newest version (1015). I have also been using the memory in my previous build so I know that it works. I have also tested with new memory I purchased for this build (Gskill TridentX 2400mhz 1.65v) with the exact same results.
