its a laptop, so this may be an overheating problem, but it has happened many times while being very cold.
while playing games or simply browsing the internet my computer will start to do what seems like 'micro freezes'? where the sound crackles and the mouse becomes unresponsive when the sound goes out for that tiny second. usually i shut it off for a while at that point, but when its allowed to continue, it gets worse and eventually just freezes and then the blue screen. it says something about my computer having a critical hardware error and is doing a memory dump etc. i can never really read the whole thing.
This happens every day now! sometimes more than 5 times.
im thinking this is either heat damage or like bad ram? i dunno im not a computer wiz so i need help!
