Looks good, remember to get a cooler if you want to overclock.

I'd skip the Vengeance as it's tall heatsinks will likely hit most of the better 3rd party CPU coolers. These are $68

I'd try and move up to the current 5xx series oif GFX cards..... factory OC'd 560 Ti's are just $220 ($60 more than the 460)
