600 gaming budget

My friend wants a prebuilt computer that can handle most games. He doesn't have the time or skills to build his own so he has to resource to buying a prebuilt and throw in a graphics card. He has a total budget of around 600 for the tower alone so he was thinking 500 for the tower and 100 for the graphics card. He has a preference toward dells. He wants to play games atleast on medium settings.
