How do you change CPU voltage?

I'm using a phenom II X4 and its voltage is 1.4 right now... but it has been running hot and so i want to lower it to 1.35.

In the BIOS the options i see are CPU voltage, cpu/nb voltage, and cpu vdda voltage. Should I change all of these to 1.35 or what? Thanks.

I wrote all the temp info in there.

Since that post, I've reapplied thermal paste, but my cpu is still running hot it seems... the poster in that thread suggested I lower the voltage from 1.4 to 1.35... I'm running the CPU using a stock fan and I'm not overclocking it.

Right now my temps are according to HWmonitor:

TMPIN0: 52c
TMPIN1: 34c
CORE: 53c

Part of this I think has to do with my room being hot a lot of the time...

There is no way your AMD CPU would run @ 78C let alone 85C without major system problems. Try using "Core Temp" to check the temps under load. 55C is a useful limit under Prime 95, OCCT and Linpack but some AMD CPUs work fine up to 60C. The OE heatsink and fan is plenty sufficient for CPUs that aren't OC'd.

I see cpu voltage in the BIOS, and I can change it, but is there anything else I need to change?

There's CPU voltage, CPU/NB voltage, and CPU VDDA voltage. Do I just change CPU voltage and that's that?
