Thinkpad 760 battery replacement ?

I give up. I have a TP 760 and cannot understand how to access and
replace the CMOS battery. Any clues ?
While I'm at it, it may be futile anyway. I am assuming a Power On
error signal that sounds like a siren starting high and falling low and
repeating indicates either a low CMOS battery or low regular battery ?
Or is it more serious indicating a failed motherboard or whatever... in
which case, please disregard this entire post.
Any help would be much appreciated...
