Hello,

After a few weeks of our desktop freezing up and attempting to rebooting itself it finally died and could no longer boot to teh O/S. The bios could no longer detect my drives. I took it to the computer shop who verified that the drives were working but the motherboard was defective. If you replace the motherboard with anything but the same one that hp sells, your system restore disks will not work
