Asrock is good with a lot of features and connections but Gigabyte has proven reliability. Go with the DS3H!

The Asrock has 2 PCIe 3.0 x16 slots, while the Gigabyte has only one. So if you want to use two graphics cards at any point down the road, the Asrock is the only choice. The Gigabyte has a second physical x16 connection, but it is PCIe 2.0 running @x4, so it will reduce the speeds of your crossfire/sli setup.

The Asrock has more sata slots (4 SATA6/4 SATA3) than the Gigabyte (2 SATA6/3 SATA3), so take into account how many hard drives, optical drives, and other SATA devices you will be using.
