Gigabyte Radeon HD 6850

My Motherboard is the Gigabyte 880GMA-UD2H AMD880G
My Graphics card is the Gigabyte Radeon HD 6850
My Case is the Cooler Master HAF 912
My question is, will my GPU fit inside my case and not interfere with anything on my motherboard?

Thanks for the reply, my PSU is 650W, so I think I should be fine. Will it go in the x16, or x4 slot?
