My download speed should be max of 10mbps and min of 5mbps. Now it's been 3 days that I'm only getting average of .40 for the download & .20 for the upload. done all the basics to resolve it but to no avail. i.e. shutdown, physical checks (all lights look normal), modem reset, release & renew IPs, flush the DNS etc. One thing I've noticed though is that my IP starts with 112.202..... I've never seen that one before. I've called my ISP and they said there should be no problem with the signal in my area and they'll be sending a tech in two days. A lot will be lost by then so I'd be needing this to resolve this without to wait for 2 more days. Appreciate any help in advance
