They are both 587X-ZNFC so they are absolutely identical so i would go for the one from newegg as it is cheaper.

Neither. That model with the center mounted fan is loud and has no voltage control. I'd go with this..

Are you sure about the loudness? From what you usually hear, the center fan systems are quieter, but have the draw back of putting more heat into the case.
