Best 850w PSU

Hello all, I will be running a 6970 and an i5, but I plan on adding another 6970 later. I also plan to overclock... everything

Soooo, I've determined that a 850w PSU would be good. I found a cheap one (below) that seems to be fine, and if it isn't, they replace it ASAP. However, since PSU's are tricky, I want a second opinion: is there a good 850w PSU for under $120, and is my choice good?

i wouldnt cut back by getting a cheap psu--its the most important component in your pc--go for corsair or similar quality--should get a 5 year warranty then
