Any suggestions would be appreciated. My initial budget was $800 but this is a little bit higher than that. I really don't want to go higher than the current total of $855.93. If anything I would like to reduce the price below $800 but I'm having a hard time giving up on that SSD.

Not bad! I'll help you out.
-Get this motherboard. Just as good as the ASRock, $30 off.

In fact, here's a bundle that will save you $15, even off the fry's price: http://www.newegg.com/Product/ComboDealDetails.aspx?Ite...

Get this PSU instead: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168... A little more efficient, could probably Crossfire with the extra wattage.

This SSD is 20GB less, but double the speed: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

The HAF 912 is $50 from tigerdirect.

I believe I got it all into budget! SSD change is optional, but it's what I would do.

P.S. You'll probably need a DVD drive.

Thanks for the suggestions, I think I will make all changes except the SSD. I got to thinking about it and I can wait a little longer and save the money for the OCZ Vertex 3 120gb instead of getting a 60gb or 80gb that wont fit 2 games on it hardly.

Well if you are going 120GB, get the Agility 3. They have the vertex 3's speed, but not the pricetag.
