PC Power Problem

Hello when I first push the Start (power) button on my motherboard everything powers up then
immediately powers off and it automatically powers up again it starts up everything seems to run correct.
if i shut the computer off and power it up again same thing happens.

Please help me determine what the issue is thanks.

Motherboard: Rampage 3 Extreme Asus
CPU: i7 980X
Ram: OCZ Reaper HPC 6x2gb (12gb)
Power Supply: Cooler Master Silent Pro 1000 W
Graphics Card: HIS 5970 HD

Test your rig with another RAM or half of it.

Go into the bios and set the memory timings according to spec.
