Need mobo for the Core2Quad

Hello sir/madam.
i m fan of urs.
my pc config is core2quad, gigabyte p45motherboard, 4gb ram, cooler master igreen 500 watt psu, zotac 7200 gs graphics card pci express 16x . my motherboard is totally dead and it is out of warranty.
i m from delhi india. i m trying to buy good motherboard from nehru place computer market.
two choices is available only
first one is biostar TP43E Combo
second one is gigabyte ga-eg43m-s2h
give me the advice that which one is the performance and stable board and my graphics card compatibility with the board.

try buying from flipkart.com they provide good service u get many more services..
my opinion is to get the Gigabyte board.
