Thermal paste for amd processor

Hello guys,

I am worried now days without overclocking ma procesor temps are
going above 60c on load.. though i have cooler master elite 430 with 3 installed fans 120mm each with stock fan... my processor is
1.5yrs old.. i think my processor thermal paste exhausted..
Guys do u think if i put good
quality thermal paste tems will
reduce by 5c-10c or not...?

Amd phenom ii x4 945@3.0Ghz.

Are you using the stock cooler rig? When was the last time that you cleaned your rig?

Thanks ur promt reponce.. Yes i am using stock cooler rig.. I cleaned my rig once in a month but i never
cleaned or opened my processor stock cooler and clean it...

You should, your cooler (even stock cooler) needs a good clean with the time.
