Need help with $1000-$1200 PC build.

Hello guys, i am going to build an Intel based PC after 10 years of AMD. It just gives me too many problems. Here's what i have so far.

ACER 1920x1080 23" Monitor
Two GTX 460s
Two WD Caviar Black 640gb HDDs
Antec 902 Case

So all i would need is a Processor, Motherboard, Power supply, RAM, and some Cooling. Thanks for any help you can provide! Will also be overclocking! :lol:

I think i could get a little better gear than that. But thanks anyway. Remember, i already have the two GTX 460s.
