4pin socket ok,,but the board are not turning on....

4pin socket of ATX are ok,,but the board are not turning on....sockets are all in place...pls help me...

Not enough info i'm afraid. Does the PC make any post beeps? Do fans spin but nothing more happens? does the power supply turn on even?
