I bought a H60 corsair cooler and since I have installed it my
Pc keeps restarting every 5 seconds it won't boot with 12gb of ram but when I take a ram stick out from the 2nd dimm slot so there's now 8gb it boots ok.it seems for some reason the first 2 dimm slots are causing my

Can u reset the BIOS?
Reset the CMOS memory the right way as is described in the motherboard manual using the clear CMOS link with the power cord unplugged.
