can you please have a look at this link and see whether it is a good deal. I'm planning to spend around 500NZD (400USD) for it

I need it to play games like battlefield, mass effect modern warfare (the ones that are coming out)
Another major concern is can i easily replace the graphics cards if I'm not satisfied?

CPU - Intel Core2 Quad Q6600 @ 2.44GHz This is the G0 stepping version, I have not even tried to overclock this, but you could get this over 3.0+ Ghz

RAM - 8 GB, 4x2GB G.Skill sticks DDRII-800 (PC2-6400), CL5-5-5-15
HDD - Seagate Barracuda 7200 500GB
Graphics Card - XFX Geforce 9600GT 512Mb PCI-E
Case - Raidmax Ninja Gaming Tower Case with 500w PSU
Monitor - AOC 22" 5ms DVI-HD
Also, is it easy to change motherboards and CPUs?
