Help With a computer purchase

can you please have a look at this link and see whether it is a good deal. I'm planning to spend around 500NZD (400USD) for it

I need it to play games like battlefield, mass effect modern warfare (the ones that are coming out)

Another major concern is can i easily replace the graphics cards if I'm not satisfied?

Monitor - AOC 22" 5ms DVI-HD


Also, is it easy to change motherboards and CPUs?
