If you want something healthy for your eyes, I suggest getting
http://www.gunnars.com/shop/cart.php

I currently use one for my work because I stare at my computer screen all day. It really made a difference for me. I remember going home after staring at the screen for like 8-10hours a day and my eyes would just be SO tired and heavy. With these glasses, you can really notice a difference. Downside is it takes a couple days to get used to it.

Well, no. Staring at a screen for hours on end is not good for your eyes anyway. They recommend you take a 15 minute break every now and then, to give your eyes a break. Asides from that, Gunnars are pretty good i've heard.
