Additional Comments:

Apparently my dad wants to buy a new comp, so instead I offered to just give him mine and take the opportunity to build myself a new one. I've set myself a budget of around $1000 to build it, and was wondering if anyone could give some advice of the best use of my money. So far the only component I've bought has been -

Which I got on sale a few days ago for $210. So I still have ~$800-1000 left. I'm also unsure about a Monitor. I can still use my current monitor, but its a little small and I'd prefer something can do better than 1440x900
