Cooler Master is offering two diferent models in the Silent Pro series, the RS and the M

In terms of efficiency, RS series are GOLD while M series are BRONZE. However, RS series are manufactured 50Watts less than M counterparts. For example:

RS 800W and M 850W Therfore, actuall power usage seems equal.

And both seem to be quiet.

So whats the diference? wich one should I get?

Unfortunately the Silent Pro Gold (SPG) series has 'issues' with ripple and noise, in that reviews often show the ripple on the 12V rail being over 90mV on full load, sometimes right around 120mV and on the minor rails the ripple, again is very close to the spec.

Personally I would not buy a unit which has been repeatedly shown to have such high ripple on full load.
