I would want to install the LCD model LTM13C420 in my laptop Toshiba for
replace the old existing LCD model LTM13C417?

My laptop is Toshiba Satellite 4070CDT .

It is possible?

LTM13C420 is compatible with my laptop?

It is going to be VERY difficult to make this determination, unless you
get very, very lucky. If they SEEM mechanically compatible, the only
thing to do may be to try it. Usually when I have tried things like
this (and I've tried a number of them), they have not worked, but it
hasn't done any damage. I do presume that you have already done a web
search for the LCD panel data sheets, if not, try that first.
