Does ASUS P5PL2-E SUPPORT A CORE QUAD CPU???

Hi,

I have a decent entry level gaming pc with the follwoing specs:

Intel Core 2 Duo E4500 2.2 Ghz
ASUS P5PL2-E Mother Board
4Gig DDR2 RAM
GEFORCE 8600GT 1056MB Graphics Card
2 x 80gig HD, 1 X 500GB HD,
Windows 7 Ultimate 64 Bit

Will this mobo support a Core 2 Quad processor? I've checked the manual and it doesnt specify? I dont ahve the budget to buy a new PC and thought it would be better to upgrade the CPU first?

PS. I've managed to overclock the mobo from 2.20Ghz to 2.80Ghz
