I currently have a Dell XPS 410 with a few upgrades(Intel Q6600 CPU, OCZ Vertex 2, 4GB RAM) and am going to upgrade the video card to a Galaxy GTX 460 and need a new power supply to do so. I don't really know much about power supplies which is why I am asking what will fit into my computer/work well with new video card. Probably looking to get a 600w or so. Thanks to anyone who can help.

You can use any standard ATX power supply, preferably something with 34 or more amps on the 12v rail.

I've benched a C2D 410 with an Asus ENGTX460 TOP and the 375w/30a Dell psu ( around 310 watts from the wall running Furmark )

So I could use either of these and they would fit/work in my system?

Thanks by the way and if these aren't good PSU's and you have a suggestion on a good power supply it would be much appreciated.
