I am planning to upgrade to i5 3570k and a z77 mobo. i don't need wifi and bluetooth. planning to do sli in future. i will be buying the system after the gtx660ti is out. also not planning to overclock and so, won't
8 Phase Power Design(6 -phase for CPU, 2 -phase for iGPU) as in le plus be enough...
so which one is better, out of these three

I would go with P8Z77-V for the fact that it has Intel LAN and better audio chip. Even though you may not need the wifi card, it can be used as wifi access point for your other devices such as iPhone.
