My pc suddenly restarts

Hello,
my pc suddenly restarts while i'm browsing..and when i'm in online games it hangs with a very noisy sounds, the infrared of my mouse didn't light anymore so i need to shut it down from the cpu

swaape PSU good idea .. use from high recommend from corsair , antec, seasonic, xfx etc

also check temperature , if too high get aftermarket cooler
