Your motherboard has nothing to do with 32/64 bit.

That said, that motherboard is positively ancient. I'd be shocked if it supported any 64 bit CPUs. If you're looking at upgrading your system, it's far too old. AGP hasn't been used for video cards in about ten years. You need a new system, not an upgrade.

No CPU's made for that socket A motherboard that support 64bit instructions! 64 bit started with the introduction of the Athlon 64 on socket 754!
