Broken GPU fan easy to replace?

Someone offered a GTX 460 60XGH6HS3HML video card with a broken fan and I wanted to know if it's easy to replace one of those things. I think this model has a detachable fan, but I have no idea how to go about getting a new one. I looked up "video card fan" on Newegg and there are a number of choices with varying prices. Do I need a specific one, or do I need to get the fan from the card manufacturer?

I don't know, I mean as long as the size and voltage ratings are the same it should work. But, ideally you'd get the identical one.

Alternatively you can buy an aftermarket heatsink.
