New gfx for old computer

The graphics card just got fried, so i need to find a new one. My specs is:
Processor: Intel® Core™ 2 Duo E8400 3.00GHz 6MB Cache 1333MHz FSB
Power Supply: 750 Watt Alienware® Approved Multi-GPU Power Supply
Graphics Processor : 512MB NVIDIA® GeForce® GTS 250 - Superclocked Edition
Memory: 2GB Dual Channel DDR2 SDRAM at 800MHz - 2 x 1024MB
Motherboard: Alienware® Approved ASUS P5N-D nForce 750i SLI Motherboard
I was wondering what graphics card to get. I've been looking quite a bit at the radeon hd 6850, seems like a reasonable card to the price. My question is if this card would fit my setup?
