Motherboard recommendation for an i5-3450

Hey all, simple question.

I need a recommendation on a motherboard for an i5-3450. No overclocking, SLI/Crossfire or anything special needed, just minimal functionality. GPU will probably be a 6870 if that matters (around a $750 budget).

Any recommendations - again minimal features so prefer to stay under $75 on this part.

What's the difference between these motherboards and say, a H61 one that's around twenty bucks cheaper?

the older chipset the 6xx chipset some of them can run ib with a flash update. the 7xx chipset other then the x79 was made for ib chips.
