Is this powersupply strong enough?

Ive been searching all day for a graphics card that will work with my computer since its a Inspiron 531s Slim and Low Power Supply and every other reason why a slim sucks I wasnt thinking when i bought it(upgrade wise) but will this work with my computer Powersupply wise? my power supply is 250

is that enough info kinda new with comps XD and yeah i know it sucks upgrading it to work decent with games gonna stick with it even though it sucks

A 4650 is not a good choice for your pc = uses too much power and it's outdated.
