Is this powersupply strong enough?

Ive been searching all day for a graphics card that will work with my computer since its a Inspiron 531s Slim and Low Power Supply and every other reason why a slim sucks I wasnt thinking when i bought it(upgrade wise) but will this work with my computer Powersupply wise? my power supply is 250

That card doesn't use much power, but it's better to be safe.

I looked it up, and it looks like it is pretty basic. My Gaming build only needs 356W (yet I bought a 650W PSU). So I'm sure you will be fine to upgrade. Enjoy!

A 4650 is not a good choice for your pc = uses too much power and it's outdated.
