Hey. I would like some advice on a gaming PC that I am looking to build. I was wondering how this mock build looks. I plan on playing MMORPGs like GW 2 with this PC. Are there any advice and improvements you guys would like to suggests. Thanks.

#2 your CPU cooler seems really really expensive. Most $30-40 MSRP coolers will do a great job with the 2500k. You can save about 60 dollars here. Read a few toms hardware articles for a better, cheaper pick.


Other than that it looks ok. If you have a Fry's nearby they are selling 2500k for ~180 this week ($40 savings). Microcenter always sells it ~170, but that's an even rarer store.

EDIT:: I'd also like to add that if you're not already getting a combo deal with your GPU make sure combo deal with the free game.
