What's the best motherboard for the following specs?
-CPU will be 3770k.
-Supports at least 2 way SLI (GTX 680s).
-Multiple (at least 4) SDD/HDD "connectors".
-Speed is a must, as the computer I'm building will be mostly dedicated to gaming.
-Dual monitor support.
-I don't plan on extreme overclocking, but having the option to would be nice.
-Price can be up to/around $300-$350.

here is a review of the big boys when the z77 first hit the market; got some nice boards.
Intel Z77 Panther Point Chipset and Motherboard Preview – ASRock, ASUS, Gigabyte, MSI, ECS and Biostar
really what separates boards is the different bells and whistles.

now what i think is the bee's knees:
ASUS P8Z77 WS $309.99

ASUS P8Z77 WS Workstation Motherboard Review
The ASUS P8Z77 WS is the latest in the ASUS "Workstation" series and has virtually every feature but the kitchen sink thrown into it. If you are looking for a board that can fill almost any role while utilizing a desktop LGA1155 processor, then this motherboard is worth a serious look. Maybe 4-way 8 Lane PCIe 3.0 gets your attention?

There both awesome i like the GIGABYTE G1.Sniper 3
